  3. After successful login, open the sidebar menu and go to "Booked Ticket History" under "My transactions" under the "My Account" Menu.

  4. Now, it will show you a list of tickets booked by you. You can filter them by upcoming and past journeys and sort the list based on journey date and booking date.

  6. The system will show you the complete details of that ticket. Now check carefully on the top right corner of the ticket details box there is a three-dot option. Just TAP on it.

Cancellation, printing, and other activities you can do with a train ticket on a computer website are also simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. On your computer, open the website.
  2. Now log in to your account. If you are facing any issues, then you can check how to log in.
  3. After successful login, open the sidebar menu and go to "Booked Ticket History" under "My transactions" under the "My Account" Menu.

  4. It will show you a list of tickets booked by you. You can filter them by upcoming and past journeys and sort the list based on journey date and booking date.

  5. Just find the ticket want to check details of and CLICK on it. Please pay attention to the ticket booked list containing all the details of that ticket, which confuses us to only see those details. Still, it's not so. You have to click on the ticket details box to unlock the cancellation, print, get SMS, etc., options like the picture below.

  6. Now you will get all the options like to cancel ticket, print ticket, get SMS, get PNR status, etc. Click on the Cancel ticket option to cancel the ticket. Or click on the Print e-ticket option to print the ticket. Note: please check whether the popup from the new website is blocked or not. If the popup is blocked, it will show an icon in your address bar and not print the ticket. To allow it, you have to click that icon and select the always allow popup option.
